All the step by step will be done by the My Panini app, this is the company's official app for all the sticker albums it sells. So with the release of the 2022 World Cup stickers, a new option was added in the App.
First you must download the My Panini application which is available for iOS and android.
Then, on the app's home screen, you have the option "Custom Cards", tap on the option "Fifa World Cup Qatar 2022". Wait for the application to download the corresponding content.
Then tap again on the option “Fifa World Cup Qatar 2022”.
Choose what type of sticker you would like to be, you have two options: “Team”, for conventional stickers, and “Legend”, for extra stickers.
Decide what kind of frame you want, then tap the option at the bottom of the screen when you're done.
Then your camera will open and you should take a picture in the position you want. Move and resize the photo until it fits within the frame. Tap the option at the bottom of the screen when finished.
Choose a shirt to fit your image. The shirts of the 32 teams that compete in the Cup are available. Tap the option at the bottom of the screen when finished.

In some countries Panini offers a sticker printing service for 9.99 euros. However, this function is not available in Brazil.
