SWEET POTATO CHEESE BREAD
INGREDIENTS:
- 250 grams of boiled sweet potato
- 100 grams of grated cheese
- 200 grams of sweet or sour sprinkles
- 10 ml of water (or coconut oil)
- salt to taste
PREPARATION MODE:
- Gather all the ingredients;
- In a container, love the potatoes well until you form a mash;
- Add the grated cheese and mix well;
- Add the sprinkle, water, salt and mix until it forms a dough;
- Take small portions of the dough, shape it into a ball and place it on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil;
- Take to preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 to 25 minutes;
- Now it's just serving.
You can add cheeses of your choice. Serve with fresh coffee and cream cheese on the side. Enjoy your food!
FIT SWEET POTATO BREAD
INGREDIENTS:
- 300 grams of boiled and mashed sweet potato
- 1/2 cup of sweet sprinkle
- 1/2 cup of sour sprinkle
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of chia
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
PREPARATION MODE:
- In a large bowl, place the sweet potato, then add the sprinkles, turmeric, salt, chia and olive oil;
- Mix it up;
- Model the bread balls;
- Place on greased baking sheet;
- Bake in preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 30 minutes or until golden.
TAPIOCA FIT CHEESE BREAD
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup of hydrated tapioca tea
- 75 g cream cheese
- 40 g grated cured Minas cheese
- salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed
PREPARATION MODE:
- Gather all the ingredients;
- Place all ingredients in a bowl, and mix;
- Grease your hands with a little oil, and form balls with the dough;
- Arrange the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and bake them in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 20 to 25 minutes, or until the cheese breads are golden;
- Now it's just serving. Enjoy your food!
Feel free to add other grains, as well as to fill the cheese breads with lean proteins. Enjoy it!
GLUTEN FREE BREAD
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon Rice Flour
- 1 tbsp Potato Starch
- 2 w/ cornmeal soup
- 1 tbsp Sunflower Oil
- 2-3 tbsp Natural water
- 1 tbsp xanthan gum (optional)
- 1 w/ coffee Demerara sugar
- 1/2 w/ coffee Himalayan Pink Salt
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- Chia or Sunflower or Pumpkin Seeds for garnish
PREPARATION MODE:
- Mix all the ingredients, and the baking powder should be added last.
- Place in a loaf pan or silicone mold.
- Place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees
- Remove as soon as they lightly brown.
- This should take about 20 minutes. Ready!
